Hello Tonio I have been using your parish posts in my family research. Thank you for posting these. They are very helpful in locating possible relatives. Before your postings I could only locate Conflenti relatives born before 1850’s. Are you photographing these from somewhere? Our Baccari family visited Conflenti in 2018. We saw the St. Nicola di Bari church and it was so sad. We wish it could be restored. There is so much history behind those walls. Is there any chance a foundation could form to begin a restoration! Are there ”go fund me” sites in Italy where people can donate money? What does it say at the very bottom of this page? I cannot understand. Thanks again. Appreciate your dedication to this blog. Thank for the compliments for my blog. I'm originally from Conflenti, but i live in Turin. I took the pictures in the summer 2018 in the archive of church of Madonna di Loreto.
The St Nicola church is always like before. I don't Know if ther'is a site where the people can donate money.
In the bottom of the page ther'is says:
Il n' 4 nel 1932 si è sposato con Angela Villella di Lorenzo di Conflenti Inferiore, dove si è trasferito. I know many families Butera - Baccari - Vaccaro; My grand mother's name was Butera. If you want I can help you. I have relatives in Michigan in Sault St. Marie: Fazi. Ciao Tonio
